交流变频调速在吊车上的应用

摘    要:以传统吊车改造为例,针对交流变频调速系统能源节约的问题和安全问题,采用了无级变频调速替代传统的转子串电阻有级调速,用PLC控制方式代替原来的继电器接触方式.实践证明这种改造的变频调速系统具有明显的节能性和其他优越的性能.

Abstract:Taking conventional crane reconstruction for the example, aiming at energy saving problem of AC frequency conversion speed regulation system and security problem, the conventional speed regulation of connecting resistor in rotor winding was replaced by stepless frequency conversion speed regulation and the relay osculating mode was also replaced by PLC control mode. It is proved that the rebuilt AC frequency conversion speed regulation system exhibits both obvious energy-saving capability and other predominant capabilities.
