Abstract:The microwave dielectric characteristics of (BaPb)O-yNd2O3 - zTiO2 (y=0.8, 0.9,1.0, z=3.0, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9, 4.5, 5.0) ceramics were investigated. The results show that the dielectric constant decreases with the increase of y, but increases with the increase of z. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency can be adjusted by changing the content of Nd2O3 or TiO2, The relationship between the dielectric characteristics and the microstructures was also discussed.
