浅色油罐氟碳导静电防腐涂料的研制

摘    要:油罐氟碳导静电涂料比传统的环氧树脂导静电涂料具有更优异的涂膜性能,采用氟碳树脂为成膜物质,用浅色金属氧化物包覆的云母粉为导电填料、配制成添加型导静电防腐涂料,通过调研和试验,建议导静电涂为产品涂层电阻率控制在106~107Ω/cm2为宜,使用中控制105~109Ω/cm2。经性能检测,符合标准,满足了市场和用户需求。

Abstract:Static conductive fluorocarbon coatings are superior to traditional static conductive epoxy coatings. We used fluorocarbon as filming resin and light color metal oxide encapsulated mica powder as conductive fillers to prepare static conductive anticorrosion coatings of additive type. Through research and test,we made the suggestion that the electric resistivity of the coatings film should be controlled in 106-107 Ω/cm2 and in 105-109 Ω/cm2 under use. Performance tested,the coatings could correspond with the standards and meet the demands of market and customers.
