SPA-H集装箱钢带钢坯保护渣研究与应用

莱钢炼钢厂集装箱钢的生产中多次发生粘结漏钢,其中一个重要因素就是连铸机机型、断面特殊,保护渣的使用不同于国内其它连铸机,无先例可循。对此问题,炼钢厂与保护渣生产厂家联合攻关多次试验,调整成分性能,最终解决了漏钢问题。

Research and Application of Molding Powder on the SPA-H Steel Strip

In the Steelworks of Laiwu Steel Group, many times of sticking breakouts occurred in production, affecting which some of the important factors are the conticaster type, the special cross-section and the different use of the molding powder from other CCs at home. To solve this question, our plant and the molding powder manufacturer jointly tackled key problems, doing experiments many times. By adjusting ingredients and performance, we finally solved the breakout question.
