直埋热水供热管道敷设方式比较

摘    要:对热水供热管道的无补偿冷安装直埋敷设与有补偿直埋敷设的设计方法、管道布置形式、施工难度及运行维护进行了比较。结合工程实例,对采用两种敷设方式的设计结果及经济性进行了比较。无补偿冷安装直埋敷设的设计方法比有补偿直埋敷设复杂,其管道布置形式、施工难度、运行维护及经济性均优于有补偿直埋敷设。

Abstract:The design methods,pipeline arrangement forms,construction difficulties and operation maintenance between directly buried cold installation without expansion joint and directly buried installation with expansion joint are compared.The design results and economy of the two installation methods are also compared with an engineering example.The design method of directly buried cold installation without expansion joint is more complicated than that of directly buried installation with expansion joint.The pipeline arrangement form,construction difficulty,operation maintenance and economy of the former are better than that of the latter.
