双直接接触式冰浆生成器的实验研究

摘    要:对直接接触式冰浆生成器进行换热和性能分析,通过实验数据拟合,获得体积传热系数的经验公式,其预测值与实验值的相对误差小于15%。基于此式,设计并搭建双直接接触式冰浆生成器实验台。实验表明:若空气流量保持在200 m^3/h,则系统产冰率为0.091 kg/min,风机的耗冷量占系统耗冷总量的一半以上。为了提高系统的能效系数,一方面须加强管路保温和提高制冰溶液热容量,另一方面可利用LNG冷能。

Abstract:Studies the heat transfer process and the performance of a direct contact ice slurry generator.By fitting the experimental data,obtains an empirical formula of volumetric heat transfer coefficient,from which the calculation values agree with the experimental values well with a relative error less than 15%.Based on the empirical formula,establishes a laboratory-scale double direct contact ice slurry generator.If the air flow rate is fixed at 200 m^3/h,the ice production rate will be 0.091 kg/min.The experimental results also show that the cold energy consumption of the fan accounts for more than half of the total amount.In order to improve the system energy efficiency coefficient,it is necessary to strengthen the air pipes insulation and increase the solution thermal capacity,and also is appropriate to utilize the free cold energy of LNG.
