某化工厂冰蓄冷空调系统的节能分析

摘    要:以某化工厂为例,根据空调冷负荷、当地分时电价、设备选型等,得出该厂冰蓄冷空调系统的初投资费用以及每年的运行费用;对化工厂冰蓄冷空调系统进行节能分析,设计对应的常规空调并与冰蓄冷空调系统进行比较:冰蓄冷空调系统初投资比常规空调系统高,但运行费用低,增加的初投资费用回收期为3.4年。

Abstract:Taking one chemical plant for example, calculates the initial cost and annual running expense of ice-storage air-conditioning system of the plant from cooling load, local timeshare electrovalence and type selection of equipments. Through the energy-saving a nalysis of ice-storage air-conditioning system, designs the corresponding conventional air- conditioning system and compares it with the ice storage air-conditioning system. The re- sults show that the initial cost of ice-storage air-conditioning system is higher than that of conventional air-conditioning system, but the running expense of ice-storage air conditioning system is lower. And the payback period of excess initial cost is 3.4 years.
