地板辐射供冷系统的控制性能

摘    要:利用地板辐射热环境专用模拟软件对地板辐射供冷系统的3种控制方式,即"室外温度补偿+室温反馈控制"、"开关控制"和"变流量控制"进行比较研究,在此基础上分析各控制方式的热性能。研究结果表明:3种控制方式的室内温度偏差均维持在±1℃以内;"室外温度补偿+室温反馈控制"稳定性最好,发生结露的时间最少且频率最低,维持在舒适范围内的时间最长;但3种控制方式均发生结露现象,在实际运行中应采取相应的除湿措施,若只降低室温而不除湿,室外温度较高时将导致PMV值偏大。

Abstract:Using simulation software for floor radiant heat environment,contrasts the three kinds of control methods of system,such as outdoor temperature compensation with indoor temperature feedback control,on-off bang-bang control and variable flow control.On the basis of that,analyzes thermal performance of the control modes.The results show that indoor temperature deviation is lower than ±1 ℃ of three kinds of control methods,the outdoor temperature compensation with indoor temperature feedback control has the best stability,the least time and the lowest frequency of condensation,the most time maintaining comfortable scope.But three kinds of control methods show a phenomenon occurred in the actual operation,all of them should take corresponding measures of dehumidifier,and if only to lower the temperature of the indoor temperature but not to dehumidify,the PMV value will increase with the outdoor higher temperature.
