薄层色谱-光度法测定灵芝孢子油中的总三萜含量

摘    要:灵芝三萜类化合物是灵芝孢子油中的主要功效成分。本文提出了一种测定灵芝孢子油中总三萜含量的可靠方法,即薄层色谱(TLC)-光度法。该测定方法能准确测定灵芝孢子油样品中的总三萜含量,且其准确度明显高于直接光度法。实验结果显示,直接光度法的测定结果具有明显的正偏差。

Abstract:Triterpenoids are the main efficacious ingredients in ganoderma spore lipids. In this paper a simple and reliable method to determine the content of triterpenoids in ganoderma spore lipids by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)-spectrophotometry was produced. The investigations showed that the spectrophotometry combined with the TLC separation is well suitable to accurately determinate the content of total triterpenoids in ganoderma spore lipid samples. The accuracy of this method is better than that of the direct spectrophotometry. The latter may generate an evidently positive error compared with the certified values.
