摘    要: 采用浸渍法制备了FCC汽油叠合生产柴油催化剂,考察了活性金属Ni负载量、助催化剂、催化剂制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,以及催化剂的稳定性和再生性能。结果表明,在活性金属Ni质量分数为8%、助剂Sn质量分数为1.0%、浸渍时间6h、焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间4.0h的条件下制备的叠合催化剂具有良好的催化性能、稳定性和再生性能。在反应温度210℃、压力2.5Mpa、体积空速1.0-1的条件下,叠合柴油体积收率到50.1%,符合-35#柴油质量标准。

Abstract:Different Ni-W catalysts with the same metal loading supported on γ-Al2O3, B-Al2O3, F-Al2O3, SiO2-Al2O3 were prepared by wet impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by temperature programmed reduction (TPR), X-ray photoelectronspectrocscopy (XPS), and high resolution electron microscopy (HRTEM) to investigate the effect of supports on active phase. It was found that weaker metal-support interaction would lead to higher sulfiding degree of metals and lower dispersity at the same time. The aromatic hydrogenation activity of obtained catalyst was evaluated by two feeds with tetralin as model compound and n-heptane as solvent, one contained 10% (mass fraction) tetralin (Sample A) and the other one was 10% tetralin with 750µg/g S and 250µg/g N (Sample ASN). Reaction rate constants were calculated by pseudo-first order reaction kinetic equation. The relative acidity of catalyst was related with its hydrocracking activity. For these two feeds above mentioned, the hydrogenation activity of tetralin on different catalysts had no direct correlation with TPR, XPS, or HRTEM results. For feed ASN, the hydrogenation activity of the catalyst was associated with its hydrocracking acidity, which showed that the adjustment of acidity could reduce the inhibition of S and N on tetralin hydrogenation activity of catalyst.
