工业建筑：现代建筑的先锋

目前国内兴起工业建筑遗产保护的热潮，从历史保护的角度开展了一些研究，着重是对其记录下来的工业文明的历史保护，但对工业建筑对现代建筑所做出的贡献和影响都认识不够深入。该文通过历史追踪的方法，考察了工业建筑在工程技术上的贡献，并阐述了其在美学观念上所带来的革命性转变，试图解读工业建筑的先锋性意义，从而提炼出其对当前工业建筑设计的借鉴意义。

Industrial Architecture: Pioneer of Modern Architecture

There is an upsurge of protection of industrial architecture heritage in current China, some research are carried on from the perspective of history protection, whose emphasis is just on industrial culture recorded by the buildings, but the cognition about contribution and influence of industrial architecture to modern architecture is not enough. By way of tracing history, this article reviews the contribution of industrial architecture in engineering technology, elaborates the revolutionary transformation brought by it in esthetics concept, and attempts to unscramble its pioneering meaning in order to abstract reference significance to current industrial architecture desiqn.
