摘    要:自吸式烧嘴空气调节阀的手动调节给自动控制带来很大的不便,本文对自吸式烧嘴进行了改装,用可编程序调节器(PLC),将自吸式烧嘴助燃空气的手动调节转换为电信号调节,达到自动控制的目的。通过实验室调试及在液化气梭式窑上进行自动控制工况调试表明:用AI人工智能调节器自动控制液化气梭式窑的温度及用PLC自动控制自吸式烧嘴的一次空气量是可行的。

Abstract:Manual operation of the combustion air adjustor for the self-inhaler burner makes it inconvenient to control the combustion system automatically, so the self-inhaler burner is refitted and the PLC is used to achieve automatic control by changing manual adjustment into electric signal adjustment. Results of the experiments with automatic control of the combustion system in the lab and later in the liquefied petroleum gas shuttle kiln indicate that it is feasible to auto control the temperature of the shuttle kiln with AI adjustor and the primary amount of combustion air supply with the PLC.
