摘    要:对复合式电旋风除尘器的除尘机理进行了分析,认为在紧凑空间内交互实现了离心、静电、碰撞、电场抑制、凝聚五种颗粒分离作用,其整个分离过程都离不开Stokes力、离心力及静电力的作用,它们是由除尘器的具体结构和电极布置位置决定的.给出了切向流反转式电旋风除尘器整体除尘效率的计算方法和相关公式.经过多种设计计算和实际测试数据的对比,验证了该方法è具有实际应用意义.

Abstract:According to an analysis of the compound electro-cyclone's dust collection principle,it is opined that centrifugal operation,electro-static precipitation,electric field restraining effect and agglutination simultaneously play a certain role within a limited space.All active factors that appear during the dust collection process are related either with Stokes' forces,centrifugal forces or electrostatic forces,and all of them depend on the separator's structure and the electrodes' positions.A method of calculating,accompanied by relevant formulae,tangentially entering,back cycling electro-cyclones is being presented.Various design calculation results compared with actual test data show that the presented method has a practical significance.Figs 7,table 1 and refs 15.
