| 摘 要： | 本文提出并实现了一种四步搜索块匹配的运动估计算法，并在运动估计算法的实现中给出了整象素搜索与半象素搜索相结合、单矢量估计与四矢量估计相结合的改进方法，该算法能够有效的提高编码效率。

| Abstract: | In this paper, and the achievement of a four-step search block-matching motion estimation algorithm and the realization of the motion estimation algorithm which gives the entire image search and semi-pixel search, single vector estimation and improved method of combining the four vector estimation, the algorithm can improve the coding efficiency. |
