基于制造执行系统的车间作业调度系统

摘    要:制造执行系统的车间作业调度问题,采用基于规则的智能优化调度算法。即通过给定工序的前后约束和机器的非堵塞约束,建立生产调度问题数学模型。并应用规则的智能优化调度算法,将排序过程分为初始排序与优化排序,开发出基于制造执行系统的车间作业调度系统。实际应用表明,该系统计算时间短、可合理安排生产过程和机床负荷。

Job-Shop Scheduling System Based on MES

Abstract:Intelligent optimization algorithm based on rule is adopted in job-shop scheduling problems occurred in MES, while through former and after restriction of specified working procedure, along with the non-jam restriction of machine, the mathematic model based on production scheduling rules can be built. According to regular intelligent optimize regulation algorithm, scheduling process is divided into primary process and optimization process, so that MES found on job-shop scheduling can be developed. Practice shows using the algorithm can reduce system running hour and satisfy the scheduling result.
