烟气脱硫技术的模糊综合评判法

摘    要:该文将模糊评判法引入烟气脱硫,系统地利用模糊评判法对几种有代表性的烟气脱硫技术进行评判。通过建立完整的模糊评判模型,选取有代表性的模糊评判对象集及评判对象因素集,并对评判对象因素集的选取原因及其子因素组成进行详尽分析,以Zadeh教授提出的确定单个目标特征值的隶属度公式作为隶属函数,通过大范围的专家打分法确定关键权系数,最终完成模糊评判。从评判过程可看出,运行费用和投资最受关心,脱硫效率和系统可用率分列3、4位。评判结果表明,脱硫技术2的综合评定值最高,其次为脱硫技术6。

Abstract:Fuzzy evaluation method(FEM) is introduced into flue gas desulfurization technology (FGDT) and some kinds of representative FGDT are evaluated by FEM in this paper. The evaluation process is carried out as follows: integrative fuzzy evaluation model is founded, representative fuzzy evaluation object set and evaluation object factor set are chosen, and the reason of choosing evaluation object factor and corresponding subfactor composing are analyzed in detail, membership function is confirmed by Professor Zadeh's membership function, the key weight is given by markings of a vast number of experts. Evaluation process shows that operation cost and investment attract more attention, next is desulfurization efficiency and usability ratio. Evaluation results show FGDT 2 is the best and next is FGDT 6.
