二氟马来酸苯胺盐的合成

五氟苯酚在过氧乙酸中在70~75℃下氧化,再经苯胺作用得到二氟马来酸苯胺盐,总收率39%。讨论了原料配比、反应时间、温度对产物收率的影响。得到最佳反应条件:过氧化氢质量百分比浓度75.5%以上,过氧乙酸的百分比浓度不低于46.6%,反应温度保持在70~75℃,反应时间4 h。

Synthesis of Difluoromaleic Acid Aniline Salt

Pentafluorophenol was oxidated by AcOOH at 70～75 ℃,then the extracted solution was reacted with aniline,and the difluoromaleic acid aniline salt was generated.The overall yield was 39%.The effect of reagent ratio,reaction time and temperature on yield was studied.The optimal conditions were as follows: the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was over 75.5%;the concentration of AcOOH was not less than 46.6%;the reaction temperature maintained at 70～75 ℃;and the reaction time was 4 h.
