非圆截面数控车床车削性能研究

摘    要:针对研制的非圆截面数控车床样机,分析了椭圆截面加工的原理,应用PMAC时基控制功能进行椭圆截面的加工实验.实验结果证明通过合理的调节PMAC的PID+速度/加速度前馈控制算法的参数,可使直线电机伺服系统精确的跟随主轴的高速旋转运动,加工出椭圆型线,为下一步中凸变椭圆的加工实现奠定基础.

Abstract:Considering the developed CNC lathe prototype of theory,which is based on noncircular in cross-section,it analyzed the latticing theory of elliptical cross-section,practically cutted the elliptical cross-section with PMAC time based controlling.The results proved that the linear motor servo driving system can accurately follow the high speed revolving of spindle by reasonable adjusting the parameters of controlling algorithm,which is based on PID + velocity and acceleration feedforward of PMAC,lattice out e...
