摘    要:针对目前油气田旧压裂仪表车普遍存在的监测系统不完善、监测数据不通用、无实时诊断处理技术及国外新版监测系统价格昂贵的情况,研制开发了一套压裂实时监测及诊断技术处理系统。该系统能实时采集压裂施工所有数据和曲线显示,并能进行裂缝模型判断、压裂压力曲线分析、变排量处理和压降处理,经现场40余井次的应用表明该系统性能稳定,采集及处理的数据准确,对现场施工和优化设计有重要的指导意义,有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:A set of treatment systems of fracturin g timely monitoring and diagnosing techniques have been developed,because there are imperfect monitoring system,uncommonly used monitor data and lack of timely diagnosing and treatment techniques in the old fracturing instrument trucks in the oil and gas fields in China at present and the price of foreign novel monito ring system is expensive.These systems can timely acquire all the data in fractu ring operation and these data may be indicated as curves,and can make fracture m odel judgement,fracturing pressure curve analysis,variable displacement treatme nt and pressure drop treatment,etc.Through applying on the spot for over forty w ell time,it is shown that these systems are of stable performance and the data acquired and treated by the systems are accurate.Therefore they have important g uiding signification for on site fracturing operation and fracturing optimizati on design and have a vast range of prospects for popularization and application.
