平整液对防锈油防护性能的影响

采用丝束电极研究了平整液对防锈油防护的影响。研究表明，涂油丝束电极在浸泡初期，随着浸泡时间的延长，腐蚀电位平均值发生一定程度的正移。当腐蚀电位平均值达到最大值时，随着浸泡时间的工，腐蚀电位开始发生负 ，这一过程与油膜下发生的金属腐蚀过程有关。平整液对防锈油防护性能的影响表现在对涂油丝束电极腐蚀电位平均值及其方差随油膜下金属腐程度的变化上，经过比较，发现ＳＰ３平整液不影响涂油丝束电极腐蚀电位的分布，

INFLUENCE OF SMOOTH SOLUTION ON THE ANTI-CORROSION ABILITY OF RUST PREVENTIVE OIL FILM

Influence of smooth solution on the anti corrosion ability of rust preventive oil film has been studied by using wire beam electrodes. It is pointed out that at the early stage of immersion, the distribution of corrosion potential gradually shifted to a higher potential range with increasing of immersion time; when the distribution of corrosion potential reached to the highest potential range, it began to shift negatively to a lower potential range. It is suggested that this situation might be due to metal corrosion taking place at the metal/coating interface The influence of smooth solution on the anti corrosion ability of rust preventive oil film was reflected by the corrosion potential and its standard deviation varying with degradation of oil film. Three kinds of smooth solution were studied by using this method. It is suggested that the method could be used to evaluate the ability of smooth solution, and could get a wide application in industry. Two criteria were also put forward in this paper.
