| 摘 要： | 针对棉纤维细度细、柔软、弹性差、易产生棉结的问题，制定出了开发棉、绒混纺纱的主要工艺参数。并对纺纱过程中存在的棉结、精梳落棉多等问题，提出了解决方案，保证了混纺纱的顺利生产及成纱质量的稳定。

| Abstract: | This article elaborated the reason of developing blend yarn with Chashmere and Sea island cotton, and the existence question of spinning yarn on woolen and cotton-system. In view of the cotton fibre is fineness thin, soft , elasticity worse, easy to produce the neps. Selets in raw materi- al on , has used the high quality combed island- cotton and cashmere , After many experiments , formulate scientificly and reasonably formulated main technology parameters of every process, A solution to technology difficulty - more nep and comb-out in spinning process has proposed ,guarantee blend yarn produced successfully and quality the stability. |
