| 摘 要： | 海洋油/气田开发项目是一项投资大、技术要求高、风险大、涉及范围广的系统工程。做好各类计划的编制和实施,是保证工程项目按照总体开发方案所确定的预算和时间目标完成的关键一环。以某海洋石油工程项目的进度控制管理为例,阐述在设计阶段网络计划的编制、设计过程中进度控制的方法和手段。

| Abstract: | An offshore oil/gas field development project is a system engineering with intensified capital and great risks, as well as involvement of wide range of professions. The key to ensure the project meeting the budget and timing as determined by ODP is to have good planning and execution of various plans. By using a real case of an offshore oil project as example, this paper presents the method and approach utilized in the process of framework planning and design stage for schedule control. |
