THE CAD SYSTEM OF WORKING ATTACH- MENT ON SHOVEL LOADERS

This paper discusses the general method of the development and research for shovel loader working attachment CAD software, proposes the method of linkage dynamic simulation design, sets up the statics anlysis system by utilizing matrix analyt cal method, and researches into the automatic adaptive mesh generation techniques of the circle cut method. On the basis of these studies, we establish a two diminsion automatic mesh generation system. SLWACADS is a dedicated software system to the design and analysis of shovel loader working attachment. This system is developed in microcomputer by integrating regular design method and modern design methodology. This software system has a good software and hardware integrated enviroment. We fully apply modern design techniques of software engineering and orienced object programming (OOP), and combine design, analysis,calculate with graphics function. This system contains multi-function modules of design, analysis, calculation and drawing for shovel loader basket, boom and linkage, etc. Every function modules are controlled by Chinese menu and window. A man-machine interaction CAD system is provided for users.
