反传动双向逆止器的设计与分析

摘    要:根据摩擦自锁原理和理论,利用摩擦式棘轮机构的设计思想设计了一种滚柱式逆止器,能够实现正传动双向传递扭矩及运动和反传动双向逆止的功能.作为主动轴和从动轴间的传递由主动轴精确定位、传动转矩或切断转矩的传动装置,也可以作为防止逆转机构,单独使用,可以广泛用于起重机械、矿山机械、机床等诸多需要反传动双向逆止功能的机械装备中.

Abstract:According to friction self-locking theory and making use of the design thought of ratchet wheel,the roller brake is designed,which can achieve positive drive doubleaction transmitting on twisting moment and anti-transmission double brake. The device can accomplish accurate positioning,driving torque or cutting off torque between main drive shaft and driven shaft,and can exclusively used as prevent reversing mechanism.
