| 摘 要： | 针对特种装置中微小型轴与齿轮的结构特点和承载要求，提出了适合于微小型轴和齿轮装配要求的4种工艺方案，并重点对其中激光焊接和过盈装配两种方法进行了详细讨论，经过有限元仿真分析和装配加载试验，证明了装配方案是切实可行的。
