摘    要:St14镀锌板冲压件在冲压成形过程中经常出现开裂现象,其微观特征为拉长变形的韧窝.为了探析和控制其开裂情况,以便优化其冲压性能,必须对冲压件性能进行深入分析.在对St14镀锌板冲压件冲压开裂实验的基础上,从冲压工艺参数、材料力学性能以及微观组织三方面分析其失效原因,并进一步分析出对试件开裂影响较大的相应参数和组织特征,提出优化工艺,以保证St14镀锌板冲压件的顺利拉深.

Crack Reasons Analysis and Control of Stampings of St14 Galvanized Sheets
Abstract:St14 galvanized sheets always rupture in the stamping process, and have characterized elongated dimples in microstructure. So, stampings performance must be studied deeply in order to optimize stamping performance by crack reasons analysis and control. The crack reasons of stampings of St14 galvanized sheets were analysed by stamping process parameters, material mechanical properties and microstructure based on stamping cracking tests. Then the important corresponding parameters and microstructure characteristics were studied, and the optimized process was put forward to ensure successful drawing of St14 galvanized sheets.
