| Abstract: | The electroplating and electroless plating for magnesium and its alloys are presented. The pretreatments of zinc dipping, direct electroless nickel plating, etc. as well as various coatings already applied to magnesium and its alloys are also described. At the same time, the problems in applications and the developments of electroplating and electroless plating on magnesium and its alloys are discussed briefly as well. |
