| 摘 要： | 教育部新颁发的《课程要求》中的教学目标着重指出:要培养学生英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力。本文主要从简而有效的语音理论知识的学习,对网络资源和技术支持的有效利用以及充分构建学生口语表达的文化内涵和思想深度三个方面出发,强调以学生为语言学习活动的主体,在实践中使学生的口语能力实现质的飞跃。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of Curriculum Requirements, with learners as the study center, this article emphasizes the effective learning of phonetics knowledge, appropriate usage of network resources and its technological support and adequate enrichment of cultural content and thought deepness of the oral expression. By doing these can learners really improve their spoken English level. |
