摘    要:42CrMo钢花键轴由于形状特殊,其表面中频淬火有一定难度。通过特殊结构感应器设计和表面淬火工艺过程的优化,成功地实现了花键轴局部表面的中频感应淬火,达到了花键轴的技术要求。

Abstract:The surface of spline shaft of 42CrMo steel was rather difficult to be mid-frequency hardened because of its particular configuration. The selective surface of spline shaft has successfully undergone mid-frequency hardening by the inductor with special construction and the optimization of the surface induction quenching process so that technical requirement for the spline shaft has been fulfilled.
