| 摘 要： | 过程能力指数是判断过程输出是否满足规格要求的一种度量方法,尽管在工业生产中已得到广泛应用,但对它们的理解和使用仍存在许多误区.该文首先介绍了过程能力指数的概念,然后对理解和使用过程能力指数进行了若干评注,最后指出使用过程能力指数需要关注的两个问题.

| Abstract: | Process capability indices are single-number measures for the capability of a process in meeting specification limits.Despite the widespread use of capability indices in industry,there is much confusion and misunderstanding regarding their interpretation and appropriate use.In this paper,a concept concerning process capability indices was introduced at first,then some reviews on the indices was given,and finally two problems was pointed out. |
