居民对小城市居住区环境的评价分析

摘    要:在把握浙江省温岭市居住区环境建设现状的基础上,通过对居民的问卷调查,总结了居民对居住区环境的总体评价特征,分析了不同建设时期、不同地段和不同个体属性对各项目评价结果的差异.研究结果表明,温岭市居住区环境建设水平随着时代的发展而不断提升,在地段、居住面积、房价等基本项目的建设在一定程度满足了居民对居住区环境的要求;但是在区内停车场地数量、区内停车秩序、内部公共活动设施等项目上居民的意见仍然很大.因此,有必要在提高居住区规划设计、建设管理水平的同时,引导和提升居民的居住区环境的意识水平,以适应我国城市居住区建设对可持续发展和人性化建设的需要.

Abstract:Based on the environmental construction of residential area harmonizing with environment in Wenling City of Zhejiang Province and investigation of the residents needs and aspirations,this work summarized the residents' total evaluation and analyzed the differences of the evaluated results in different periods,zones and individual characteristics.The results showed that construction of residential area harmonizing with the environment improves with time.Residents are satisfied with the basic need available in the zone,living and house price, but some dissatisfaction still exist,such as problems with parking space,parking order and interior community facilities.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of design to construction,and management of residential area and guide the residents' consciousness to adapt to the need of sustainable development and humanization in China.
