摘    要:对内压圆柱壳开孔整锻件补强结构开展三维有限元应力分布研究,并对开孔区的应力分布进行了实验应力测定。结果表明,内压圆柱壳开孔整锻件补强结构有3个高应力区,其中最高应力区在整锻件补强结构内角A点附近,最大主应力44.2MPa,应力集中系数K=3.091;在整锻件补强结构内角A处采取圆弧过渡可以有效地降低应力集中系数;应变片应力测定所得实验数据与有限元计算值吻合较好,验证了有限元分析计算结果的趋势是正确的,但也存在一些误差。

Abstract:Stresses of the integral reinforced structure of cylindrical housing forging with openings are analyzed by 3D FEA and stresses of the opening area are gauged experimentally. The results show that there are three higher stress areas, and the maximum stress occurs near the inner angle of the forging. The stress concentration coefficient can be lowered using arc transition angle. The results of strain gauging accord with those of FEA, and this validates the results of the FEA.
