| Abstract: | Through investigating surrounding villages and towns, this paper summarizes some problems existing in current village construction, and puts forward basic thinking and target of village planning construction, and shows corresponding countermeasures, with a view to promote the healthy, orderly, and scientific development of small towns and villages. |
