摘    要:介绍40kt/a硫酸装置的技术改造。其项目包括:增设废热锅炉生产中压蒸汽,减压后供磷肥装置使用;将水洗净化工艺改为稀酸洗净化工艺;干吸工段采用阳极保护酸冷却器代替铸铁排管冷却器,干燥塔增设丝网捕沫器。改造后,提高了装置的热能利用率,减轻了环境污染,改善了工艺指标,提高了系统开车率,增加了硫酸产量,成效显著。

Abstract:Technical revamp of a 40 kt/a sulphuric acid plant is described, in which a waste heat boiler was installed to produce medium pressure steam for phosphate production application after depressurization,water scrubbing cleaning process was transferred to weak acid scrubbing,cast cascade acid coolers in drying and absorption section were replaced by anodically protected coolers and a wire demister was installed in drying tower. The revamp made a significant effect with higher heat utilization,less environmental pollution, improved process indexes, increased stream factor and sulphuric acid output
