海缆埋设系统中脐带电缆温度的实时监测

摘    要:某型海缆埋设系统为节省甲板空间而采用绞车来收放脐带电缆,但是系统中绞车的使用会使脐带电缆的内层电缆产生热量从而降低其性能。系统采用循环海水冷却的方法,利用海水对电密封的电缆进行冷却,并带走热量。如果对脐带电缆这一重要部件实时监测其内层电缆的温度,操作人员可以根据这一参数的变化而采取正确的操作。本文围绕这一问题提出了使用DS18B20温度传感器来采集脐带电缆的温度参数,并给出了具体实现的方法。实践证明,这种方法效果良好,而且可以保证脐带电缆的性能,使其工作稳定。

Abstract:A kind of winch is used to draw in and draw out the umbilical cable for saving space in a submarine cable burying system.However,the inner cable of the umbilical cable may cause heat and lower the performance in cause of the use of the winch.In order to take off heat,circulating seawater is used to cool the cable in the system.If monitoring the temperature of the inner cable in real-time is obtained,the operator can work correctly on the base of the parameters.In this paper,using the DS18B20 digital thermometer to sample the parameter of the temperature is discussed,and the implementation is given subsequently.This method is proved effectively in practice,and it can be guaranteed that the performance of the umbilical cable is stable and the cable works stably.
