Analysis on the Working Ih4nciple and Structural Features of DCT

The working principle and structural features of DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) are introduced. Because two clutches were applied in DTC,positions of original parallel axis manual clutch had been rearranged. When vehicle was running on a given gear position,DTC had been geared to the next position at the same time,so gear shifting could be realized through alternative of two clutches. Manual clutch transmission has high drive efficiency and low cost. Automated clutch has low specific fuel consumption,well power performance and riding comfort. All these advantages are integrated on DCT,and furthermore,DCT supplies continuous power take-off.
