摘    要:食品是人类生命活动赖以生存的物质,食品质量与人民健康关系极为密切。随着我国食品工业的迅猛发展以及加入世贸组织,消费者对食品质量监测的要求也越来越高。我国在食品法规、标准等方面滞后,因此应尽早制定颁布《食品安全法》,建立关于食品的统一标准;同时在食品监督管理的体制上要能够突破,食品安全体系的建立是保障食品安全的最重要手段。食品安全体系应该是强有力的、灵活的、以科学为依据的法律以及行业管理等责任来保障食品安全的综合系统工程。
