电厂辅机振动监测系统研究

摘    要:电厂主要设备的可靠性分析和故障诊断技术已经得到普遍的重视,然而对辅机设备的状态监测与故障分析技术还没有充分展开.因此,经过调研开发了电厂辅机设备振动状态监测系统,应用传感器技术、网络技术和数据库技术,实现了辅机设备振动量的实时发布、分析和存储.

Abstract:The feasibility analysis and fault diagnosis technique for the primary equipment in an electric power plant has been paid much attention, however, the condition -based monitoring and fault diagnosis technique for auxiliary equipments has not. Put forward and developed a condition - based monitoring system for vibration of auxiliary equipments, which can timely release, analyze and save the vibration data of auxiliary equipments with sensor, network and database technology.
