摘    要:首先对国内外深水表层固井水泥浆体系进行了介绍,阐述了各水泥浆体系的现场应用情况及先进经验,并针对性的提出了存在的问题。结合存在的问题和国内深水海域环境温度的特点,自主研发了适用于表层套管固井的低温、低密度、低水化、热防窜和低温早强防浅层流水泥浆体系,并成功应用于现场作业。最后提出了深水表层固井技术未来的发展方向。

Abstract:The paper starts with an introduction to the cement slurry systems used for well cementing in deepwater surface at home and abroad and goes on to describe the field application and advanced experience of different cement slurry systems as well as the existing problems. Considering these problems and the characteristics of ambient temperature in domestic deepwater areas, a shallow water cement slurry system characterized by low temperature, low density, low hydration, thermal anti-channeling, and low temperature early strength for shallow casing and well cementing is independently developed and successfully applied in field operations. The paper concludes by identifying the future direction of deepwatersurface cementing technology and providing a reference for the field application of deep water surface cementing operation and guidance for the technology development.
