摘    要:深水井控是深水钻井的核心问题。海洋深水井控面临着井涌监测困难、地层承压能力弱、井涌余量小、阻流管线摩阻大、地层呼吸效应、气体水合物、圈闭气等诸多困难和挑战。文中以中海油在西非实施的某深水井压井成功实践为例,通过井控作业过程的分析,对深水井控技术进行研究和探索,为深水钻井井控作业提供参考。

Abstract:The deepwater drilling belongs to a high-risk, high-investment and high-technology industry, and the deepwater well control is the core issue to the deepwater drilling. The offshore deepwater well control is faced with lots of difficulties and challenges, such as difficult well kick monitoring, weak stratum bearing capacity, small well kick margin, large friction resistance of choked flow pipeline, stratum breath effect, gas hydrate and trapped gas. With successful practices of well killing of a deepwater well implemented by CNOOC, in West Africa as an example, via the analysis of well control operation process, this Paper researches and explores the deepwater well control technology and provides reference to the well control operation of deepwater drilling.
