电—气比例/伺服控制系统的控制方法研究

摘    要:本文在简要地回顾了电—气比例/伺服控制技术的发展历史后,研究了采用最小二次型性能指标设计并由实时优化系统进行实验优化的最优状态反馈控制系统。并针对这一系统所存在的问题,采用了鲁棒控制方法,提出对原不稳定系统的鲁棒控制器设计方法。此外,本文还深入地研究了自适应控制和鲁棒自适应控制方法。实验证明本文研究的控制方法均收到预期的效果。

Abstract:Based on the present state of electro-pneumatic proportional and servo control technique in China and abroad, this paper offers the systematic and deep-going study on the control schemes for electro-pneumatic proportional and servo control systems ( EPPSCSs ) .A brief discussion of the recent developments and frontiers of research on EPPSCSs is made in chapter 1.Chapter 2 gives discussion on optimal state-feedback control of EPPSCSs. As a result, an effective procedure for design of such a controller is given by means of both theoretical analysis and real time optimization, the characteristies of the system is improved remarkably comparison with the traditional controller with displacement+speed feedback.In chapter 3, the author introduces at the first time into pneumatic control system the robust control scheme and develop a new approach to design a robust controller for the plant being unstable. Experiments show that the static and dynamic performances of EPPSCSs are improved significantly fay a robust controller.In chapter 4, the author originally introduces adaptive controller and robust adaptive controller into pneumatic control system. Further'study to solve several problems in realizing of the controller in an EPPSCS is made. Results show that the system with adaptive controller is much more adaptable to chang of running conditions ihan that of conventional systems.Some important conclusions are given in the last chapter.
