摘    要:西气东输工程需要应用大量高性能X70管线钢及其配套焊接材料。管线钢焊缝应具有高强度高韧性,焊缝中主要杂质元素S,As的含量须保持在较低的水平。介绍了武钢在高性能管线钢埋弧焊、气保焊及手工焊焊接材料开发方面所作的工作。武钢在提高焊接材料性能、焊接材料冶炼方面取得了较大的成绩,已具备较强的焊接材料研发、冶炼生产和盘条轧制的能力。

Abstract:West-East Gas Transmission Project demands to apply a great deal of X70 pipeline steel and its matched welding material with high performance.The welded seam of pipeline steel shall have high strength and high toughness.The S,As contents of main impurity element in welded seam must keep in the lower level.The development work done by Wuhan steel with welding material for submerged arc welding, gas yield welding and manual welding of pipeline steel with high performance is introduced.Wuhan steel had made greater achievement in improving the performance of welding material and the smelting of welding material and has stronger capacity of development of welding material,production of smelting and rolling of coil bar.
