基于帕尔帖效应的红外仿真屏驱动电路

摘    要:为了提高基于帕尔帖效应的红外动态景像仿真屏的工作效率,根据仿真屏的工作特点设计了一种驱动电路.首先对半导体器件的工作原理进行介绍;其次就当前驱动技术进行分析比较;然后通过对半导体器件的工作性能分析,提出了一种适合红外仿真屏的驱动电路.经过理论分析及其验证得出结论:该驱动电路下的仿真屏其显示具有高分辨率、高占空比、无闪烁、均匀性良好的优点.

Abstract:For improving the work efficiency of the dynamic IR scene simulation screen based on the Peltier effect,a drive circuit was designed.Firstly,the work principle of the semiconductor device was introduced.Comparing the proposed drive technology with others,and analyzing their performance,the new drive circuit has a lot of advantages,such as higher resolution,higher duty cycle,no flashing,and good uniformity.
