| 摘 要： | 以工业硫磺和液氯为主要原料，一步法直接制备二氯化硫。确定了合成反应最佳工艺条件：起始反应温度１００～１１０℃，氯气通入时间（即反应时间）６ｈ，通氯气量７５Ｌ／ｈ，精制蒸馏温度６０～６５℃，稳定剂三氯化磷用量０．１％～０．３％。在此工艺条件下制备的二氯化硫收率可达８０％以上。

| Abstract: | Sulfur dichloride was prepared by direct reaction of sulfur with chlorine.By using conditional experiment,an optimum processing for preparation of sulfur dichloride was reached.The suitable conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 100110,reaction time was 6 hours,the flow rate of chlorine gas was 75Lh\ \{-1\}, purifying distillation temperature of sulfur dichloride was 6065,stable agent phosphorus trichloride was 0.1%0.3% by mass of crude sulfur dichloride.The yield of the product was over 80%.\= |
