摘    要:本文探讨了以丙烯酰胺、多聚甲醛、正丁醇为原料,通过羟甲基化反应和醚化反应制备正丁氧基亚甲基丙烯酰胺的方法。讨论了羟甲基化反应、醚化反应中体系PH值及原料配比对反应速率的影响。将合成出的正丁氧基亚甲基丙烯酰胺作为交联单体合成的涂料印花粘合剂,用该粘合剂进行涂料印花后,其各项牢度与在相同条件下以痉甲基丙烯酰胺为交联单体合成出的涂料印花粘合剂的各项牢度相近,突出的优点是避免了以羟甲基丙烯酰胺为交联单体合

Abstract:The synthesis of n-(butoxymethyl)acrylamide is carried out through hydroxymethylation and etherification by using acrylamide, paraformaldehyde and n-butanol as materials. The influences of pH value of material system during hydroxymethylation and etherification and the constituent ratio on reaction rate are also discussed. When n-(butoxymethyl)acrylamide is used as crosslinking monomer in synthesizing pigment printing adhesive and the obtained adhesive is applied in pigment printing process, all the degrees of fastness of the mentioned adhesive is very close to the adhesive using hydroxymethylacrylamide as crosslinking monomer. The prominent advantage of new adhesive is free from screen hole plugging which is the setback of adhesive with hydroxymethylacrylamide. Hence, the new adhesive promotes the storage stability of product.
