抚钢1000t精锻机定位控制算法的研究

摘    要:精锻机控制系统属于位置自动控制系统。对于位置控制系统来说,应能在最短时间内完成定位动作,并且定位符合规定的精度要求;在控制过程中不应产生超调现象,并且系统应稳定;控制算法要简单。系统能否满足上述要求的关键是要设计出一条最佳控制曲线。针对位置自动控制系统的要求,建立了系统数学模型,研究了精锻机控制系统的定位控制算法。最后,对控制系统进行了仿真,结果表明,精锻机控制系统采用"减速曲线"的方法能够克服机械运动中的惯性,避免超程,满足控制精度的要求。

Abstract:Precise forging machine control system belongs to automatic position control system. As far as position control system is concerned , it should accomplish orientation action in the shortest time, and orientation should accord with precision demand. Overshoot phenomenon ought not to be brought in control process, and system should maintain stabilization, control algorithm should be simple. If the system satisfies with above demands, the key is to design a best control curve. As to demands of automatic position control system, a model of system mathematics was set up. Control algorithm of precise forging machine orientation is studied. At last, simulation study for control systems is verified: precise forging machine control system adopts method of deceleration curve, overcomes inertia in mechanism movement, and avoids super- path, then satisfies with demands of control precision.
