| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍了耐火纤维材料在间歇式热处理炉上的应用情况。分析了全纤维炉衬几种施工方法的特点和存在的问题。采用耐火纤维喷涂技术喷敷炉衬，具有施工周期短、整体密封性能好、使用寿命长的特点，经实际应用取得了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | This thesis briefly introduces the application of ceramic fiber materials in batch type heat treatment furnaces. It analyzes the characteristics of some fiber lining constructing methods and their defects. Using spraying technique, the constructing time is shorter, the whole seal result better, and service life longer. This method has got very good results in practical application. |
