坪北油田伴生气的回收利用

摘    要:坪北油田开发初期,富余伴生气直接放空燃烧,既浪费能源,又污染环境。要解决这个问题可以三个方面入手:一是建设集气管网,增压回收套管气;二是完善配套工艺,回收更多伴生气;三是研发节能设备,减少伴气损耗。同时要应利用富余伴生气发电,提高能源利用率,降低电力成本。

Abstract:During the early stage of Pingbei Oil Field development,the surplus associated gas had been always combusted directly in the open air which was a waste of energy and a threat to the environment.In this paper,three solutions are proposed to tackle this problem.First is to build up gas collecting pipe network to recycle casing gas with pressure;second is to improve the relevant techniques to recover more associated gas;and the last is to develop energy efficient facilities to reduce gas loss.Moreover,the surplus associated gas can be used to generate power which is a good way to enhance energy efficiency while cutting power generation costs.
