坪北油田伴生气的回收利用

坪北油田开发初期,富余伴生气直接放空燃烧,既浪费能源,又污染环境。要解决这个问题可以三个方面入手:一是建设集气管网,增压回收套管气;二是完善配套工艺,回收更多伴生气;三是研发节能设备,减少伴气损耗。同时要应利用富余伴生气发电,提高能源利用率,降低电力成本。

The Recycling of Surplus Associated Gas in Pingbei Oil Field

During the early stage of Pingbei Oil Field development,the surplus associated gas had been always combusted directly in the open air which was a waste of energy and a threat to the environment.In this paper,three solutions are proposed to tackle this problem.First is to build up gas collecting pipe network to recycle casing gas with pressure;second is to improve the relevant techniques to recover more associated gas;and the last is to develop energy efficient facilities to reduce gas loss.Moreover,the surplus associated gas can be used to generate power which is a good way to enhance energy efficiency while cutting power generation costs.
