| 摘 要： | 管子管板接头是热交换器管束连接的重要部位，在许多热交换器的制造标准中，均对管子管板的胀接要求进行了规定。针对我国标准和部分国外标准的差异，从适用范围及应用可操作性着手，对评定变素及试验评定操作的要求进行了比较，并对评定管子管板胀接合格的定义进行了分析和研究。

| Abstract: | Tube-to-tubesheet joint is an important part in tube bundle connection of a heat exchanger.There are provisions in many heat exchanger manufacturing standards on the requirements of tube-to-tube sheet expansion.Aiming at the difference between domestic and foreign standards and from application scope and application operability,the comparison between the assessment factors and the requirements of test evaluation have been made and the definition of qualified tube-to-tubesheet expansion assessment has been analyzed and studied in the paper. |
