基于ARM的空心杯直流电机伺服驱动器设计

摘    要:应用ARM微处理器,设计了空心杯直流电机的伺服驱动器,探讨了积分分离PID控制算法在ARM处理器上的实现,同时研究了CAN总线技术在本伺服驱动器上的应用,提高了伺服控制的实时性、可靠性和信号传输距离。

Abstract:The structure and control of hollow cup DC motor have undergone great changes in recent years,therefore DC motor control system entirely accomplished by hardware circuit was complex,difficult to adjust,low reliable and lack of flexibility,therefore we design the servo driver of hollow cup DC motor based on ARM MCU.The paper gives the digital PID control algorithm and the realization of separation points of PID control algorithm,the CAN bus technology is used in the servo drive applications.
